Just a reminder: Francis Monkman is going to be in Germany at the end of June and will give two organ recitals (a variety of Bach pieces) on historical organs. Not that I know of, but I will ask him when he is here. I remember that Mike kind of organized an organ recital for Francis. So Francis is very open for such opportunities and if you wish to meet him and hear him play look for an interesting (old) organ around your home place.... ;-) |

There's a wonderful pipe organ in the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum in Glasgow. Closed for renovations just now but they could hire him to do a concert to re-open it! |

Don't laugh Francis loves the old Church / Concert Hall organs Wouldn't it be good to see him come up out of the ground at Blackpool playing the Organ like they did in the old cinema days. Francis loves historical organs / pipe organs. mail him if you see one of interest |
