I haven't put this in the eBay alerts thread as it kind of goes beyond that a little. Never the less...
Just been looking on eBay and found item number 6443307804 to be of interest.
It appears that 'Sky Live in Bremen' has just (September 13th) been released on DVD in America. The front cover looks identical to the QL release, apart from the addition of 'Live in Concert' towards the bottom of the cover and some smaller writing which I can't quite make out. According to the seller, it has been released on the Dance Street label, which is odd, as, as far as I can make out, Dance Street are a German label specialising in...er...dance music. Still, that's what it says. They are still claiming it was recorded in 1980, so I suspect that (despite Richard's best efforts?) the erroneous text (and maybe even incorrect playlist) has been transfered over to this new release. Anyway, good to see it receiving an overseas release and I suppose this will be of interest to some, although I won't be bidding on it. Might be worth including on the main site though? |
