Did anyone see the above
Numerous chats with John Williams (with and without a Sky polo jumper on)
Solo with Val playing Sky never seen before
Plus Herbie Flowers and his Tubas Val playing the one with the Xmas lights.
If so were anyone able to tape - I'd love copy of brief showings of Sky / JW and HF

Missed it completely. It's on again tonight (tomorrow ? tuesday BBC 4) at 00:45. Just hope it's the same show. I'll record this with pleasure and make it available of course :-)
(Hopefully BBC4 will broadcast some other shows with Sky / JW) |

| Saw it. Have a feeling it was repeated this evening (Monday). Noticed JW and Herbie, but can't say I noticed sky themselves. Still, good to see some vintage clips. Sorry, didn't record it as I have neither a VCR nor any other kind of recorder! I know, about time I dragged myself into the 21st century... |

| Saw it too on the repeat. Sorry to say, imho, that I thought the SKY references were too few and far between to make it worth keeping. There was the tiniest piece of HF playing the tuba, too short to mention. Interview pieces with JW were OK, but again no piece worth extracting to keep, 'cause of all the voice overs etc. |

I've been a bit busy for the last few weeks - my son's been in and out of hospital ( with more to come  ) - but we've finally had a quiet period, so I transferred this to mpeg (3.3 Gb) and DVD (2.7 Gb). If anyone wants clips etc, just let me know. I may not be able to reply immediately. |
