We talked about this album/band/project on the old forum a couple of years ago, but it hasn't cropped up on this new one as yet.
The band was formed in 1992 by Steve Gray. It also featured such musical luminaries as Brian Bennett, Paul Hart, Clem Clempson and Mo Foster. The result was a fantastic album that, for some bizarre reason, took a full decade to get a release.
