Sorry about the lack of any input from me for some time, I've had some personal issues in my life.
That said, I have been giving a little assistance to William Starling on a project that has been a bit special to both of us: John Williams' biography, which you can now buy on Amazon and, as they say, most good book stores. It's a fascinating read!
